We’re seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our Labrador-based team. This is a pivotal role partnering across multiple business units including our rural retail brand AgriSolutions, Milk Supply, Corporate and Commercial to deliver trusted HR advice, practical support, and strategic value.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, and partnering with a People and Culture Advisor, you will provide end-to-end HR support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You will balance strategic partnership with hands-on delivery from workforce planning and talent initiatives to coaching leaders and resolving complex employee matters.

This role is based at Norco’s Labrador (Gold Coast) office and will require occasional travel to our regional sites across Northern NSW and Queensland.
About You
You are an experienced HR generalist or business partner who is confident working in fast-paced, multi-site environments. You take pride in providing practical, solutions-focused advice and enjoy partnering with leaders to drive positive outcomes. You will work closely with our People and Culture Advisor who reports into this role.
You’ll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and a related discipline will be highly regarded.
